Inquiries and services

Our website describes IT consulting, infrastructure, and cybersecurity services. Sending an inquiry does not create a service agreement or authorize access to your systems. Scope, pricing, payment, scheduling, and other project terms are established in a separate service agreement. These website and messaging terms do not replace that agreement.

HRT Solutions customer text messaging

If you opt in, HRT Solutions LLC may send customer service and transactional text messages to you from 855-306-0193 about your service inquiry, estimates, consultation or appointment scheduling, project coordination, support requests, and service updates across our IT consulting, infrastructure, and cybersecurity services. Message frequency varies based on your inquiry and service needs. Message and data rates may apply.

Optional consent

Opt in using the separate, optional SMS checkbox, unchecked by default, on our contact and texting consent form. Providing a phone number alone does not enroll you. Consent is not a condition of purchasing services. You may communicate with us by email instead. This consent covers customer service communications, not unrelated promotional campaigns.

Stop messages or get help

Reply STOP to opt out at any time. You may receive a final opt-out confirmation. Reply HELP for help, or email [email protected] or contact 855-306-0193. Tell us if your number changes or is reassigned.

Delivery and privacy

Text delivery depends on mobile networks and may be delayed or unsuccessful. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Text messaging is not an emergency or guaranteed-response support channel. Do not send credentials, payment details, or sensitive technical data by text.
